Our Story: Born on the Olympic Discovery Trail

Bike Priority LLC began with a simple family tradition: riding the Olympic Discovery Trail with my kids. Immersed in the natural beauty of the Peninsula, I realized that while our local trails are world-class, the support for modern e-bikes needed to match that high standard.

What started as a passion for exploring our local landscape evolved into a specialized concierge mobile e-bike service. As a certified Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) technician and Premier Authorized Aventon Partner, I shifted away from general bike repair to focus on what matters most: Trail-Ready Reliability, Precision Bike Bundles, and Professional Fleet Management.

We don’t believe in "bikes in a box." We bring the bike shop directly to your driveway or place of business with our signature Saturday Mobile Delivery & Service model.

• The "Hardened" Standard: We spec custom e-bike builds for the rugged Pacific Northwest, integrating heavy-duty Tannus Armour puncture protection to eliminate flats before you hit the trail.

• White-Glove Delivery: Bikes arrive 100% assembled and custom-fitted to the rider on site—ready to ride immediately.

• Hospitality & Fleet Solutions: We partner with local Airbnbs, hotels, and resorts to launch, insure, and maintain high-uptime rental fleets backed by structured maintenance plans and liability documentation.

Store Policies & Terms of Service

At Bike Priority LLC, we are committed to providing top-tier e-bikes, accessories, and customer service. Please review our store policies below.

1. Site Usage & Discretion

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian permission) to use bikepriority.com.

• Unlawful use or violation of local laws on this site is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or discontinue products at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Orders

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

• Orders are processed securely via PayPal. We partner with fulfillment and service platforms including Beeline Connect, Aventon, and Printful. Custom assemblies and specialized orders may require additional processing time.

3. Mobile Delivery & Nationwide Shipping

• Local Mobile Service: Local delivery and white-glove mobile fittings are scheduled through our Saturday concierge delivery window.

• Nationwide Shipping: We ship throughout the United States. Tracking information is provided once your order processes. Bike Priority LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or weather disruptions.

4. Returns & Discrepancies

• Due to the customized nature of assembly and direct fulfillment, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only considered under extreme circumstances (e.g., items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival).

• Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photographic proof and a detailed description sent to bikepriority@outlook.com. Approved claims are handled at our discretion.

• Product color or finish variations may occur due to screen displays or manufacturer specs.

5. Liability & Safety

• E-bikes, outdoor gear, and accessories are used at the customer’s own risk. Customers are advised to inspect all equipment and follow proper safety guidelines and local helmet laws before riding.

• Bike Priority LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or site access.

6. Privacy, Cookies & Intellectual Property

• Privacy: Customer details collected via Wix and PayPal are strictly used for order fulfillment and communication. We never sell your personal data.

• Cookies: Bikepriority.com uses cookies to optimize your browsing experience. Adjusting browser settings to disable cookies may limit site functionality.

• Intellectual Property: Original content, custom designs, and visual media created for bikepriority.com are the exclusive property of Bike Priority LLC.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal disputes shall be handled in Clallam County, WA.
